Myway Prepay

Pay for your energy before you use it; sign up for the My Way PrePay program. Members can register through SmartHub to view their energy usage and pay their account online. Call SECO at (352) 793-3801 for more information about the My Way PrePay program. Or get started filling out the My Way PrePay application in English or Spanish.

Fidelity Express

SECO members can pay their bill through Fidelity Express. Payment centers accept cash, check or money orders and there are a number of locations in Central Florida. For a list of payment centers and their hours call 1 (800) 621-8030 extension 7030 or go to; there is a $1.50 processing fee per payment and this payment option is not recommended for MyWay Prepay members.


SECO members can now pay their bills through MoneyGram. MoneyGram is available at convenient retail locations in Central Florida. Members enrolled in MyWay PrePay can make payments through MoneyGram. There is a $1.50 processing fee per payment.

Bill Payment Assistance

Call, email or text Florida 2-1-1 for assistance. SECO Energy contributes funds quarterly to the United Ways in Citrus, Lake/Sumter and Marion Counties. These funds are earmarked for SECO member bill payment assistance. The funding is administered through Florida 2-1-1, and calling links your family to agencies that offer job training/placement, food pantries, crisis assistance, healthcare, bill payment assistance and more.
