The broadcast begins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The Meeting will be broadcast on our website, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
In 2026, the Board of Trustees is recommending a revision to the Articles of Incorporation. SECO Energy’s Articles of Incorporation are the cooperative’s top-level governing document, and SECO’s Articles stem from our inception in 1938. Much has changed in our almost 90-year history, and this is the first time that SECO is fully amending and restating the Articles of Incorporation.
Amending and restating the Articles of Incorporation does not change SECO Energy’s member-first focus and its Mission, Vision, and Values. Read the FAQs below to learn more about the Articles of Incorporation revision.
The Board is also asking for your vote to approve the 2025 Annual Meeting Minutes.
