Report your outage using your account’s last name and house number or by entering your phone number or account number. Follow the three-step process.
Confirm Outage Address
Select the outage location and click "Next.” If the address is not listed, click "Return to Search" and verify the data entered. If your search is still unsuccessful, call 1 800 732 6141.
To report your outage, select the problem type then select "Submit." Comments are optional.
