VOTE ON 2024 ANNUAL MEETING BUSINESS
The Board of Trustees is recommending two revisions to SECO Energy’s Bylaws that pertain to District Meetings and Trustee qualifications. The first proposed revision allows a Trustee candidate, if only one candidate is certified by the Secretary, to be declared Trustee at the District Meeting without holding an uncontested election. The second revision clarifies District residency to serve as a Trustee as a minimum of one year before becoming a Trustee.Review the full text of the proposed revision. Hard copies are available at any SECO Energy Member Service Center. The Board also requests the membership's vote to approve the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes from last year.
Member votes on Annual Meeting business will be tallied at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting on March 21. Review the 2024 Official Annual Meeting Notice to read the Board of Trustees’ request for approval.

Stay tuned until the end of the Meeting to see the list of prize winners. Winners’ names will also be published on the website following the meeting. Physical prizes will be shipped to each winner's mailing address. SECO will contact the grand prize winner to arrange for delivery.
The Board of Trustees has approved the use of by mail and electronic voting on official Annual Meeting business. Members who vote by mail or electronically are counted as present in person for determination of quorum as stated in SECO Energy Bylaws Article III, Section 5. Voting.
Members may vote by mail using the ballot included in the Official Annual Meeting Notice. Members who wish to vote electronically must first identify their SECO Energy membership by clicking below.
