OUTAGE INFORMATION & REPORTING: SECO Energy’s StormCenter, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for user-friendly outage reporting. Members can check the status of an existing outage, view the interactive outage map, and manage notifications. Visit StormCenter today, to set your outage notification preferences and bookmark the page to your mobile device for future outage reporting. Most outages are restored in under an hour.
AREA LIGHTS: Report an area light that is completely out, a day burner, or flickering light using our LightFinder tool. Receive email confirmations for reported issues and repairs.
