Youth Tour
The SECO Energy Youth Tour offers local high school students (at the junior level) the opportunity to attend a two-day leadership conference in Tallahassee. Student delegates develop leadership and networking skills, learn about their electric cooperative, and tour historic sites. Youth Tour student delegates also have a chance to represent SECO Energy on the National Youth Tour in Washington D.C., designed to build leadership skills, and possibly earn scholarships.
Thank you for your interest in SECO Energy’s Youth Tour Leadership Program. The SECO Energy 2027 Youth Tour application window will open October 1, 2026.

Youth Tour Eligibility
- Be a high school student at the junior level (including home-schooled students)
- Live in a primary residence served by SECO Energy
- Complete the online Youth Tour application
