By applying for service, you aren't just opening an account—you are joining a community. As a member-owner of our not-for-profit electric cooperative, you gain a voice in how we operate, including the right to vote for the Board of Trustees that represents your District.

Start or Transfer Service

Whether you are moving into a new home or transferring an existing account, we are ready to power your life. To get started, click the appropriate tile above. There, you’ll confirm your service address and provide your contact information.
 

How it Works:

  • Verify Your Email: Once you provide your email, you’ll receive a link to establish your SmartHub account.
  • Provide Identification: For your security, have your Date of Birth, Social Security Number, and Driver’s License/ID ready to complete the application.
  • Choose Your Date: Select a connection date (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) and accept our Terms & Conditions.
  • Final Confirmation: Watch for a "Confirmation Email" from our Member Services team. This will include your initial deposit details and any additional requirements needed before we connect your service.
