Release of Easement Application Submitted

Thank you for contacting SECO Energy's Land Rights team. Please allow a minimum of 60–90 days for processing all requests. If your request is approved and requires a new easement to be granted to SECO Energy, the properly executed, witnessed, and notarized easement original must be received by SECO Energy before the requested release can be issued.

Upon approval, a processing fee of $150, payable to Sumter Electric Cooperative, Inc. via check, may be required. If applicable, you will be notified, and payment must be received before proceeding.

If your request is denied, you will be notified in writing and provided with the reason(s) for the denial.
