Surge MitiGator™ Program 2024 Generator Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:  

 

The SECO Energy Surge MitiGator™ Program generator promotion is open to SECO Energy members in the seven Central Florida counties served by SECO Energy.  

 

Contest Period:  

 

The Contest will run from April 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024. 

  

How to Enter: 

 

  1. To participate, contestants may choose any of the following: 
  2. Lease or purchase the meter-based surge protection device, installed by SECO Energy.  
  3. Current members with a Surge MitiGator™ program, meter-based surge protection device installed are automatically entered into the drawing.   
  4. Mail a notice to SECO Energy at PO Box 301, Sumterville, Florida 33585. Members must provide their active SECO account number, name, address, and contact information. 
  5. Entry Deadline: June 30, 2024. 

 Contest Rules:

 

  1. Member must lease or purchase the Surge MitiGator™ program, meter-based surge protection device by entry deadline.   
  2. SECO account must be active at the time of the drawing.   

 

Prizes:  

 

  1. Winners will receive a Generac Portable Generator model #GP2500i or a portable generator of the same likeness and value.  
  2. Winners will be selected randomly.  
  3. Winners will be notified by telephone or email.  
  4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.  

 

Winner Announcement:  

 

Winners will be announced in an upcoming edition of SECO News 

 

 

 Verification:  

 

  1. To claim a prize, the winner must provide accurate and complete contact information and coordinate an appointment with SECO Energy for prize delivery.   
  2. Failure to provide accurate information may result in disqualification. 
  3. Account must be active at time of giveaway.

 

General Terms: 

 

  1. SECO Energy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at its discretion.  
  2. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to allow SECO Energy to use their names and/or images for promotional purposes.  
  3. SECO Energy is not responsible for any technical issues or difficulties that may affect participation.  

 

Privacy: 

 

Participant information will be collected and used in accordance with SECO Energy’s privacy policy.  

 

Governing Law: 

 

This Contest is governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
